LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION
Since 1853, Mazanti-Andersen, Korsø Jensen & Partnere has been one of the leading firms in Denmark in the areas of litigation and arbitration. The firm is known for taking on comprehensive and complex cases.
Most of the lawsuits pursued by the firm relate to commercial disputes such as tort cases within and outside contract, cases relating to corporate matters, e.g. shareholder agreements and minority rights, cases relating to the infringement of intellectual property rights, employment law cases, environmental cases for both the private and public sectors and law suits relating to tax.
Some of our attorneys conduct criminal cases, including cases relating to white collar crime - often cases leading to pivotal precedents - and in the past the firm has been involved in major cases in this area.
The firm is constantly engaged in cases with a number of tribunals and court-like bodies, such as The Tender Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud), the Danish Competition Council and the Danish Competition Appeals Tribunal, the Nature Protection Board of Appeal, the Danish National Tax Tribunal, the Danish Commerce and Companies Appeal Board and the Danish Accountancy Board.
The firm's partners are often appointed as arbitrators in Danish and foreign arbitration cases conducted in Danish, English and German languages.
In close collaboration with foreign law firms the firm also assists Danish clients in connection with legal actions and arbitration subject to foreign law.
